Turbine Blades - Thermal coatings protect turbine blades from the extreme temperatures they experience, and ensure increased reliability for extended periods of time. Turbine Blades typically utilise plasma sprayed coatings.
Turbine Casing - Abradable coatings are applied to internal surfaces of turbines, improving their efficiency by creating a seal between the casing and the blades. Abradable coatings are applied using a flame spray gun.
Turbine parts - Improve the life of high wear components such as compressor casings, bearing housings, guide vanes, fuel nozzles and combustion casings.
